Service Terms & Policies

By booking services with Peaks & Polish, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may securely store payment information for recurring services. Late payments may result in service suspension.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

3. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing safe and secure access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the property, a lock-out fee may apply.

4. Satisfaction Policy

If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to address the specific area of concern. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Damage & Breakage

While we exercise care in cleaning, accidental damage may occur. Clients must notify us within 24 hours of service. We will assess and resolve issues reasonably and fairly. Peaks & Polish is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or fragile/unstable items not disclosed in advance.

6. Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe or if there are aggressive pets, hazardous conditions, or undisclosed risks.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, Peaks & Polish shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

8. Recurring Services

Recurring services may be paused or canceled with written notice. Pricing adjustments may occur with advance notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
